(3) CNC bending machine

CNC bending machine is an emerging large-scale machine, and its high precision has been favored by many people. Flexible operation methods can be adopted, which can be linked by two machines to solve the problem of processing long sheets, and can be operated by a single machine to effectively improve utilization and reduce energy consumption. Compensation is automatically adjusted by the CNC system, which is convenient and accurate. For example, common CNC bending machine models include G-type, F-type, WC67K type, etc., which have angle compensation function, real-time detection and feedback correction of grating ruler, full closed-loop control, positioning accuracy of rear stop material and slider dead stop material is ± 0.02mm. The upper mold adopts a fast clamping device, and the lower mold adopts a wedge deformation compensation mechanism. It also has multi-step programming function, which can improve production efficiency.

(4) Pure electric bending machine

Compared to CNC bending machines, pure electric bending machines are more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, and have higher bending accuracy. The error of each bending of the pure electric bending machine is only 0.01 millimeters. The pure electric bending machine has a fast speed, with a bending speed of up to 20 times per minute. The electric system is very energy-efficient, only consuming power during the pressing process, with an energy efficiency of up to 90%. Pure electric bending machine has good stability, and the electric servo system is like a precision mechanical clock, which can maintain stable bending effect and is not prone to errors. The precision and efficiency of the twisted shaft bending machine products are low, and it is difficult to repair the damaged equipment; CNC bending machine has high precision, improved work efficiency, easy to find the cause of equipment damage, and convenient maintenance; Pure electric bending machines have more advantages in energy conservation, environmental protection, and precision.
